Pa. Workers’ Compensation Fee Reviews – Explaining the Process

Published on: January 28, 2022

Pennsylvania workers’ compensation fee reviews are an arcane, but highly important, part of the system that assures that medical providers are paid for services rendered and medications and medical devices provided to workers injured on the job.

This program, taught by two of the most experienced fee review litigators in Pennsylvania, whose cases have changed the law dramatically, is a must not only for lawyers who represent medical providers and insurance companies, but also for medical office staff who must navigate a system that seems arcane, even to those familiar with it.

This one hour CLE is taught by attorneys Christa Frank High and Daniel J. Siegel, of the Law Offices of Daniel J. Siegel, LLC, who have handled 100s, if not 1,000s of fee reviews from initial application to Pennsylvania Supreme Court decisions.
