Wrongful Death Claims

Wrongful death claims occur when a person dies because of another person or company’s fault or negligence. Wrongful death claims may arise any type of accident, including car accidents, medical malpractice, construction accidents or even a bad slip and fall. When a person dies because of another’s negligence, the family or heirs can file a wrongful death claim against the people and companies at fault.

Determining fault and calculating damages in a wrongful death claim are not easy to do because it is very difficult to put a dollar value on a loved one’s life. At the Law Offices of Daniel J. Siegel, LLC, we work closely with our clients to investigate who was at fault for the death and to evaluate all of the damages you have suffered,  including:

  • Medical expenses
  • End of life expenses
  • Projected future income losses
  • Projected losses of future financial contributions such as mortgage and tuition
  • The value of the loss of a loved one

While every case is different, and we cannot and do not guarantee a specific result for your case, we do promise to provide personal attention to every client. Unlike many firms, with layers of bureaucracy, we work closely with our clients and look forward to assisting you. Whether you have a workers’ compensation case, need a personal injury lawyer, are seeking Social Security Disability benefits, need a Will drafted, or are a business-owner with a question, we are here to assist you. Give us a call at (610) 446-3457 or click here to send us a message.
