Our firm is one of the few, if not the only, law firms in the country that offers techno-ethics counsel services. As leaders in the field of legal ethics and the interplay of technology and ethics, we provide techno-ethics counsel to solo, small and mid-sized law firms on cybersecurity, technology and other related issues as they pertain to the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct.
As Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Committee on Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility and a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Professional Guidance Committee, techno-ethics lawyer Daniel J. Siegel has authored cutting-edge ethical guidance opinions and presented numerous ethics CLE. In addition, Dan is the founder of Integrated Technology Services, LLC, a technology consulting firm that trains law firms on legal technology related to case management, document management, litigation analysis, trial presentation, workflow processes and data protection.
We offer per-incident assistance for techno-ethics matters such as data breaches, malware and ransomware attacks, and other legal technology concerns as well as retainer arrangements for more complex, ongoing issues. As a small law firm ourselves, we recognize the unique needs and challenges that confront solo, small and mid-sized law firms and seek to provide our techno-ethics services at a far more reasonable cost than those charged by many larger firms.
“Dan has been my go-to resource for all of the little, and big, things that keep a Managing Partner up at night, including substantive and technological ethics questions. He is responsive, careful, and considerate.”
