We are seeking an Associate Attorney (0–5 years of experience) and a Paralegal to join our growing practice.

1. Associate Attorney (0–5 Years)

Practice Areas: Workers’ compensation, personal injury, appellate, and ethics/professional responsibility.

What You’ll Do

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and appellate filings; conduct research and discovery.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and conferences with support and guidance.
• Meet with clients, experts, and referring counsel; help manage case strategy.
• Collaborate on thought leadership projects such as articles and CLE presentations.

What You Bring

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (or eligibility for prompt admission).
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Interest in litigation and client advocacy.
• Integrity, professionalism, and comfort with technology.

2. Paralegal

Focus Areas: Workers’ compensation, personal injury, appellate, and general litigation support.

What You’ll Do

• Manage case files, deadlines, and medical records.
• Draft correspondence, subpoenas, pleadings, and discovery responses for attorney review.
• Coordinate with clients, providers, opposing counsel, courts, and experts.
• Assist with hearing and trial preparation and settlement documentation.

What You Bring

• Experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in workers’ compensation or personal injury.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced but collegial environment.
• Comfort with legal technology and paperless workflows.
