Our Fees

All personal injuryworkers’ compensation and Social Security Disability claims are handled on a contingent fee basis, which means that clients never pay a fee unless the firm obtains money for them. In certain commercial litigation and other matters, there may be a consultation fee.

For estate planning matters, we offer a unique “Pay Once, Revise for Life Estate Planning Program.” The program includes a flat fee when you initially draft and sign your estate planning documents but we never charge for revisions, so you can feel comfortable calling us to make changes at any time and know that the meter won’t be running.

For other matters, there is a generally a fee for the initial meeting.

As for our services for attorneys, we provide ethics guidance on a retainer or per-incident basis as well as offer legal and appellate writing on an hourly and/or flat rate basis, allowing our attorney clients to budget appropriately.

For estate planning and other matters, we accept cash, checks and credit cards.
