Brain Injuries

Head injuries are scary. It’s easy to see when someone breaks a bone, but a brain is different, and not in a good way. Every year, roughly two million suffer head injuries. While the majority are minor, many require hospitalization, and potentially lifelong medical care. A head injury, or closed head trauma, or traumatic brain injury, is any head trauma that involves skull, brain or scalp injury. There are many causes of brain injuries, including car crashes, work injuries, falls, and construction site injuries.

Not every personal injury attorney is familiar with how to handle brain injury claims. Our office has represented numerous clients who suffered a wide range of brain injuries, including concussions, contusions, penetrating injuries, and anoxic injuries, and has worked with doctors and other experts to assure that our clients receive the best possible medical care, and that we obtain all the information necessary to obtain the maximum award for our clients.

While every case is different, and we cannot and do not guarantee a specific result for your case, we do promise to provide personal attention to every client. Unlike many firms, with layers of bureaucracy, we work closely with our clients and look forward to assisting you. Whether you have a workers’ compensation case, need a personal injury lawyer, are seeking Social Security Disability benefits, need a Will drafted, or are a business-owner with a question, we are here to assist you.
